Pro subscribers can export a full backup via Settings → Export Data → Entire Ledger. This creates a JSON file you can store anywhere. Cloud backup also keeps your data available across your devices.
Go to Settings → Import Data and select your backup file. A new ledger will be created automatically with all your imported data. You can then rename it and set it as your default ledger.
Yes. Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → balancebook and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Go to Settings → Plans and tap "Restore Purchases". If the issue persists, try force-quitting the app and reopening it. Contact us if it still isn't resolved.
Yes. Your data is associated only with your account and is not shared with or sold to third parties.
